A floating chat bubble appears on your website (bottom-right or left, your choice). When a visitor clicks it, they see your custom welcome message and are asked for their email address to start the conversation.
Identity verified via one-time code
A 6-digit verification code is sent to their email. This ensures every enquiry has a real, verified contact — no spam, no fake leads. The visitor enters the code and the chat session begins.
AI answers from your knowledge base
The visitor asks questions naturally. Chatelute's AI matches their queries against your approved Q&A pairs and responds instantly with accurate answers. It never makes things up — it only uses the information you've provided and approved.
